The Club
WBTHC play men's hockey on the recently re-laid sand-dressed astroturf pitches at The Parks, North Shields, Tyne & Wear. There are three teams playing league hockey, and a veterans' team. WBTHC Men's First Team play in the Premier Division of the North Hockey League, and the Seconds, Thirds and Juniors play in the North East Hockey League. WBTHC Men's Veterans compete annually in the Men's Masters Over 40s Cup.

Training takes place at The Parks during the season on Tuesday evenings, from 7.00 p.m. until 9.00 p.m. (beginning on 14th August) under the supervision of qualified HA coaches. Junior training takes place at The Parks on Tuesday evenings between 6 pm and 7 pm. (beginning on 11th September). New players of all ages and abilities are always welcome.
